The Jackson Market Retail Development is a new landmark retail outlet serving Covington, Georgia. The project, which spans over 20,000 square feet across 2 buildings, features national restaurant and retail tenants including McAlister’s, Five Guys, Chicken Salad Chick, and Einstein’s. In addition to leading the shell design, our team also led the documentation for the tenant build-out in Suite 208 and produced marketing renderings for the client's leasing team.
