Building on the success of Barrett Corners, this adjacent development replaced an old furniture store and introduced more life to the Barrett Parkway retail landscape. Two additional retail shell buildings host a mix of national retail and restaurant brands. The project entailed construction documents for both buildings, as well as the preparation of renderings used as marketing materials.
